•  Wearer becomes more powerful whenever they witness their target's deathblow, and even more so if their archetypes match.
•  Increases wearer's Fervor and Fervor Overcap.
•  You must be grouped with someone, even a mercenary.
•  Must be engaged in combat
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  The casting time of Expert Witness is 0.4 seconds and the reuse time of the spell is 15 minutes
