EQ2U - Item Details - Frigid Gift VIII (Celestial)

June 19, 2024 -- The new Anashti Sul server on the 2006 "Origins" EQ2 ruleset is now live. Sadly, there are no plans for it to support Census.

Frigid Gift VIII (Celestial)

A group augmentation that grants the wizard's group a chance at dealing additional cold damage for every non-heat, non-physical hostile spell they cast for a short duration. Any enemies struck by this damage have their movement speed reduced for a short duration.

• On a hostile ability cast this spell will cast Ice Lash on target of spell. Lasts for 6.0 seconds.

• Inflicts 2,019 - 2,468 cold damage on target.

• Slows target by 97.3%.

• 5% chance to dispel when target receives hostile action

• 5% chance to dispel when target takes damage

• This effect can only trigger once every 0.5 - 3.5 seconds.
