•  Decreases Combat Mitigation of target by 4.6.
•  Decreases Mitigation of target vs elemental damage by 399.
•  Decreases Mitigation of target vs arcane damage by 399.
•  When damaged this spell has a 25% chance to cast Exposed Elements on target's attacker. Lasts for 20.0 seconds.
•  Decreases Combat Mitigation of target by 4.6.
•  Decreases Mitigation of target vs elemental damage by 399.
•  Decreases Mitigation of target vs arcane damage by 399.
