EQ2U - Item Details - Lockdown IV (Adept)

June 19, 2024 -- The new Anashti Sul server on the 2006 "Origins" EQ2 ruleset is now live. Sadly, there are no plans for it to support Census.

Adventure Report (on some pages called Kunark Ascending Report) has been updated to cover 16 of the 21 expansions AND now has tooltips you can hover over each expansion's quest count like 11 / 17 and it will show you which quests are done or not!

Lockdown IV (Adept)

Roots the illusionist's target in place, preventing them from movement. This also stifles and blurs their vision until they are struck by any damage. Upgrades to this spell reduce the target's resistance to the full duration of the root effect.

• Epic targets gain an immunity to Stifle effects of 9.0 seconds and duration is reduced to 1.0 second.

• Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 66.

• Roots target

• 5% chance to dispel when target takes damage

• Epic targets gain an immunity to Root effects of 1 minute 57 seconds and duration is reduced to 13.0 seconds.

• Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 66.
