EQ2U - Item Details - Storming Tempest III (Grandmaster)

• Applies Knockdown instantly and every 8 seconds. Lasts for 2.4 seconds.

• Throws target back

• Blurs vision of target.

• Stuns target

• Epic targets gain an immunity to Stun effects of 7.2 seconds and duration is reduced to 0.8 seconds.

• Inflicts 1,013 - 1,238 magic damage on target instantly and every 8 seconds.
