EQ2U - Item Details - Rune: Perpetual Flow II

• Increases Ability Casting Speed of caster by 12.0%.

• Must not be engaged in pvp combat

• Cannot be modified except by direct means

• On a critical spell hit this spell may cast Perpetual Flow II on caster. Lasts for 12.0 seconds. Triggers about 2.0 times per minute.
