Greatly increases defense, deflection, aggression, base avoidance, physical and mental damage mitigation at the cost of offensive melee skills. This is the monk's primary defensive stance.

• Reduces physical damage done to caster by 5%.

• Adds 2.5% to base avoidance.

• Caster will deflect 16.8% of incoming attacks.

• Increases Parry of caster by 52.1.

• Decreases Slashing, Piercing and Crushing of caster by 29.8.

• Increases Aggression of caster by 31.2.

• Increases Defense and Deflection of caster by 52.1.

• Increases Mitigation of caster vs arcane damage by 3,400.

• Increases the caster's effectiveness of worn armor vs physical damage by 25%.
