EQ2U - Item Details - Ring of Ice VII (Adept)

Ring of Ice VII (Adept)

Freezes movement of the target and the surrounding encounter members. When the freeze effect wears off, it slows their movement for a short duration. Any damage received by the target has a chance at breaking the effect.

• Decreases Combat Mitigation of target encounter by 15.4.

• Roots target encounter

• 20% chance to dispel when target takes damage

• Epic targets gain an immunity to Root effects of 1 minute 19 seconds and duration is reduced to 8.8 seconds.

• Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 127.
