• On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 10% chance to cast Battle Fury on target. Lasts for 10.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.

• Increases Weapon Damage of target by 26.9.

• Increases Weapon Damage Overcap of target by 26.9.

• This effect can only trigger once every 2.0 - 5.0 seconds.
