•  Increases STR of caster by 14,972.1.
•  Increases Flurry Multiplier of caster by 8.2.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  This effect can only trigger once every 48.0 - 60.0 seconds.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
