• On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 11% chance to cast Will of Thorns on target of spell. Lasts for 15.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.
• Inflicts 2,346 - 2,593 piercing damage on target instantly and every 3 seconds.
• Inflicts an additional 130 - 144 piercing damage on target every tick.
• Heals caster for 1,702 - 1,881 instantly and every 3 seconds.
• Increases Potency of caster by 8.0.
• Increases Crit Bonus of caster by 8.0.
• Must not be engaged in pvp combat
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
• This effect will not stack with itself if adorned on multiple items.
