• Cannot be modified except by direct means

• Will trigger off of disease or poison abilities.

Undead Bane

When Equipped:

• Additional equipment with Undead Bane improves this effect.

• On any combat or spell hit this spell may cast Undead Bane on target of attack. Lasts for 10.0 seconds. Triggers about 1.8 times per minute.

• Inflicts 531 mental damage on target.

• Must be classified as an undead

• Inflicts 265 mental damage on target.

• Must not be classified as an undead

• Decreases Mitigation of target vs arcane damage by 395.

• Must be classified as an undead

• Cannot be modified except by direct means
