• Reduces Bleedthrough of Target by 0.92%. This effect cannot stack from multiple casters. This effect can increment up to 4 times..

• This effect can only trigger once every 1.0 - 4.0 seconds.

• Summons a pet Mystic Moppet

• Mystical Moppet will intercept arcane damage and cure curses on it's master.
