EQ2U - Item Details - Silence II (Grandmaster)

• Inflicts 147 - 180 mental damage on target.

• Inflicts 49 - 60 mental damage on target every 1.6 seconds.

• Stifles target

• Epic targets gain an immunity to Stifle effects of 30.0 seconds and duration is reduced to 3.3 seconds.

• Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 49.
