Effects:
•  Increases the amount of charges Dark Hearts gain when they are summoned.
•  Manipulated Hearts will hasten the base reuse time of group members summoned mage and priest pets abilities by 14.64%.
•  Manipulated hearts summoned by the caster will grant 3 increments of Abominate Death to the heart user and heart summoner when consumed.
•  Manipulated hearts summoned by the caster will grant 2 increments of Abominate Life to the heart summoner when consumed.
•  Reduces the base casting time of Dark Heart and Miragul's Dark Heart Summoning to 0.5.
•  Applies Living Dead. Lasts for 6.7 seconds.
•  Increases Fervor Overcap of group members (AE) by 19.7, multiplied by increment stacks.
•  Sets the base casting time of Lifeburn to 2.5 seconds. Lifeburn will increase bleedthrough on the Necromancer by 20.
