It seems that the highland saliraptors have been preying on the pygmies working in Merinep Cove. Instead of removing them by force though, Gowlin would like to kill two birds with one stone! If I can lure the saliraptors to Lobha Peaks with some tasty crab meat, they'll likely end up far more interested in the Allu'thoa there than the pygmies down at the cove.
