I've found an odd object - a cold helm. An odd thing happened when I tried it on: I heard a voice saying, "The Vault of the Maelstrom," but it was not a familiar voice. Perhaps there is a kind of psychic energy inside this helm? In any event, I feel compelled to find the Vault of the Maelstrom and unlock the secrets of this helm.
