•  On avoiding an attack this spell will cast Deadly Reaction on caster. Lasts for 30.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.

•  Increases Flurry of Target by 3.5, multiplied by increment stacks.

•  Increases Weapon Damage of target by 40.7, multiplied by increment stacks.

•  Increases Weapon Damage Overcap of target by 40.7, multiplied by increment stacks.

•  This ability may increment up to 10 times.

•  This effect can only trigger once every 1.0 - 5.0 seconds.
