Hamish Felderham has asked me to put an end to his apprentice's treachery before he can cause anymore harm. Seeing that he is now helping the Serilian Horde, I am to travel to the forested area just outside the besieged city of Kaladim. Once there, I should drive the geo-arcanic tremor stake into the earth. This act should attract Feagon's attention and cause him to investigate the source of the tremor. When he appears, I am to confront him.

I need to bring the Geo-Arcanic Tremor Stake to the forest in front of Kaladim and drive it into the ground.
