I found a call to duty hidden within the hilt of a Darkblade dagger. The order mentions promise of reward, delivered through the dagger itself, to those who slay no less than ten diseased ratonga. I will slay ten ratonga and perhaps reap the benefits of fulfilling this duty.
I must kill ten diseased ratonga to unlock the power in this blade.
