After speaking with a human shaman known as Elmin, I have been asked to seek out more information on some strange spiritual tears appearing in the Commonlands. He says that he believes them to be the source of some strange spiritual resonance that he has experienced, and is interested in learning more about the source of this power. Perhaps this knowledge can prove useful in some way.
