I must use the stone to draw Lu Sywaka's meditation, or return to speak with him in the Village of Shin
Seek out the portal device. It is very likely that the Nizari leader keeps it safe from possible theft.
Find the Nizari leader and take the portal device from her. (in Nizara, City of the Nayad)
Return to Master Lu in the Village of Shin and speak to him about the portal device.
Return to Lu Sywaka in the Village of Shin with the information he needs. (in The Village of Shin)
