Lagni has entrusted me to deliver his care package to Waulon Highpebble on the Isle of Refuge. While I doubt that this will suddenly enable the Far Seas to perform trade runs to South Dshinn, I do hope they'll appreciate the thought. At least this gives me an opportunity to check up on them and see how they're doing.
