Next Askr wishes me to travel to Kylong Plains and power the three rods within that region. Doing so should create a storm big enough to bring the Avatar of Storms into Norrath once more. I should place the Staff of Storms on the eastern end of the coast, the Rod of Rain on the central coast, and the Cane of Clouds on the western coast in spots designated by small black jewels. I should then place the crystals around the summoning circle up on the rocks at the west end of the shore. I need to lure the elemental that will spawn nearby into the circle for the ritual to be complete.
