In order to speak with Druzzil Ro, I must find a way to return to the Plane of Justice. Maelin recalls several books that held stories of visitors to the Eternal Prisons there. One of the books was shelved with religious studies in the South Wing Stacks of Myrist. But he warned me how books, scrolls, and the like, do seem to wander. I'll have to search Myrist for the books.
