Dragged to the Depths

While searching through the city of Veksar, I found a note on what appeared to be an Omen's Call defender that seems to have been dragged under the waves. The note indicated that the defender knew that he was dying, and wanted his stuff returned to the other defenders in Omen's Call. I should collect the items listed in the note, and bring them back to shore. It's likely that all of the items are still within the sunken city.

I must collect all of the items listed in the note.

I must find a feather-adorned longbow. (in Veksar: The Invasion)

I should look for a balanced elven rapier. (in Veksar: The Invasion)

I must find a Omen's Defender clasp. (in Veksar: The Invasion)

I should see if I can locate the helm worn by the fallen defender. (in Veksar: The Invasion)

I must return the items I found to Captain Wellshir in Omen's Call.

I must speak with Captain Wellshir in Omen's Call. (in Fens of Nathsar)
