Far Seas Requisition #DB0436 - Quest

I must kill one shriller (in The Down Below)

I must go to the Lion's Mane Inn and Tavern in the Qeynos Capitol District to seek out the client of this order.

I must go to Bartender Bulurg (in Qeynos Capitol District)
