Halin Bassan's daughter was killed by a Sandscrawler Chieftain by the name of Siltsea. Though Halin was able to track his movements across the desert, when Siltsea left the Island of Ro he lost track of him. He has since received word that Siltsea has been spotted in Runnyeye.
