Reach for the portal again to sense the wraiths' presence (in Zek, the Scourge Wastes [Heroic])
Banish the wraiths from each of the destroyed watchtowers (in Zek, the Scourge Wastes [Heroic])
Rewards

At least 25,338 XP.
