How to become a EQ2U Scholar (Patreon)
December 3, 2024 -- Census is back after a 3 day outage and characters are once again exporting. Please note if your EQ2 character used the new Petamorph Key Ring feature, it will FAIL to export to Census or EQ2U. Avoid using this feature until a fix is available!!
As a drastic measure, if you are willing to irrevocably destroy any petamorph wands you have stored in the Petamorph Key Ring, you can type /delete_keyring_item 0 1234567890 where 1234567890 is the ItemID of the stored petamorph.
Developers are aware of this issue, but you can always post your respectful feedback in the
Census isn't updating for some toons
 thread.

Missing Decorations in Qeynos

Gnolls from Antonica have grown jealous of the celebrations for the Heroes Festival. They snuck into the city using the sewer systems called the Down Below and have been stealing the decorations. I must get the decorations back and place them around the city once more.
Repeatable
Scales with Level
Find the thieving gnolls, near the entrance to The Down Below, and teach them a lesson for taking the decorations.
Kill the gnolls. (in Qeynos Capitol District)
Recover the stolen decorations.
Retrieve the decorations. (in Qeynos Capitol District)
Place the magical paper lantern decorations all around the Qeynos Capitol District. Their locations are marked by sparkling green magic!
Place the first burst of magical paper lanterns. (in Qeynos Capitol District)
Place the second burst of magical paper lanterns. (in Qeynos Capitol District)
Place the third burst of magical paper lanterns. (in Qeynos Capitol District)
Place the fourth burst of magical paper lanterns. (in Qeynos Capitol District)
Place the fifth burst of magical paper lanterns. (in Qeynos Capitol District)
Place the sixth burst of magical paper lanterns. (in Qeynos Capitol District)
Return back to Lillita Softpaws in the Qeynos Capitol District and inform her about the decorations.

Rewards
