Tesakias, a Vahla allyrian, has grown alarmed by the ignus peak whirlers that have begun congregating within the city of Khali'Vahla. She was offended when I suggested a wall would keep them out. Seems House Vahla wields magics of Effect, those of persuasion and illusion, not of Affect. She would rather try to repel the whirlers using emotional manipulation.

Tesakias believes she can create a whirler repellant by using the inner eye gems taken from ceffyls of the Kandra Uplands.
