The Gigglegibber scout said the hideout is on the sea floor, under the docks in the land of fairies and halflings. He also said I will have to take a boat to get there. (in The Gigglegibber Hideout (Frostfell)) I need to release Lord Bowsprite. Lord Bowsprite explained that a Gigglegibber going by the name "The Grump" is responsible for the stolen gifts and the hostile takeover of the Elfin Wonderland. He has asked for my assistance in clearing The Grump from their home. I need to collect all of the Elfin magic in the Elfin Wonderland and remove The Grump. (in Elfin Wonderland) I should take the present that the Grump offered me.
