The orders I stole proved Ventar's theory wrong. As it turns out the Ree orcs currently in the Commonlands are searching for some Shin'Ree treasure. Ventar wants me to find their runner and intercept him. I am either to take his shipping receipt to the docks and get their package myself, or kill him after he's left the docks and take it from him.
