Sogs, a member of the Frostfoot goblin clan in Frostfell Wonderland Village, recognized my crafting skills and has asked me to help his brethren decorate Permafrost for Frostfell, in the name of Frostfell vengeance!

I am to enter Permafrost through the large magical doors in the Frostfell Wonderland Village. I should meet up with other Frostfoot goblins inside.
Help the Frostfoot goblins decorate Permafrost. Be sure to wait until all of the decorations are placed! (in Permafrost Crypt: Decorating Retribution)
I should return to Frostfell Wonderland Village and speak with Sogs Frostfoot.
