A Conscript's Broken Shield - Quest

A Conscript's Broken Shield

I've recovered a shield worn by one of the ettin conscripts for the Evol. The straps are ruined and there is a large crack in it, but the shield still has incredible characteristics and, if possible, it should be repaired.

The remaining straps on this shield are very serpentine. Other than the metallic sheen they resemble the skin of the toxic water skaters in the Feerrott.

Find toxic water skater skins that match these straps. (in The Feerrott)

I need to gather some materials in the Feerrott if I'm going to repair the shield.

Obtain metal fragments from the Tae Ew raiders, pillagers, or infiltrators. (in The Feerrott)
