I have met with a valorous froglok named Gribbly the Gallant. He is here to infiltrate the sanctum and destroy the evil of this place, alone! He will not allow me to rescue him from the Scaleborn stockade, but he did ask me to fetch him secret knowledge of three masters of evil in the halls of the Sanctum of the Scaleborn.

I need to seek out three of the prestigious members of the Scaleborn and seize their secret knowledge. These are an Orate, an Exarch and a Hand. They must be in the nearby halls I have already explored.

Hunt down a prestigious member of the Oratorium in the halls before the froglok stockade. (in Sanctum of the Scaleborn)

Now that I have three Tomes of the Scaleborn, I can return to Gribbly the Gallant in the droag cell and present them in exchange for a reward, I hope.
