Marech of the Shrine finally divulged the intentions behind the discordant soullights and the unmarred guardian pith I obtained for him. They were components required to make an orb of disruption intended to turn the Droum vanquishers against their Awakened masters.

By using the orb of disruption upon the vanquishers within the Droumlunds, they will turn upon their Awakened creators.
