Aliona has directed me to the city of Kelethin to speak with representatives of the fae court. Apparently the Queen has fallen ill with a rare disease, and it is my duty to see her well again, while keeping the knowledge of her sickness hidden from her enemies.

It has come to my awareness that Queen Amree of the fae has fallen into a deep sickness. I should seek out a representative of her court and offer my services as a healer.

I need to seek out an essence of a rare desert bloom among the intellectuals of Ro.

I need to speak with someone in Maj'dul about obtaining the essence of a rare night blooming desert rose. (in Maj'Dul)

I need to use the Scarab Extractor to draw the essence from the rose. I should search within Ro for this rose. (in The Sinking Sands)

I need a jar of rare wind reagent. I should be able to find it within the Kingdom of Sky.

I need a rare wind reagent from an alchemist among the Hooluk in the Realm of Dawn.

The Mucus of the Deep One can be combined with other items to have powerful restorative powers. I should kill it and take a sample.

I need to retrieve mucus from an ancient, powerful creature. (in Lost City of Chelsith)

I will need to harvest smoldering materials in Kunark.

I will need to harvest 2 smoldering materials from Kunark.

Now that I have gathered all of the ingredients, I should return them to the royal apothecary in the court of the fae.

I should await word of whether the potion restored the Queen to health.
