I'm pretty sure Tinkersmith was planning to test the explosive hammer prototype on me, but when I raised the question he suggested constructing an armored clockwork test target. This seems like something I can assist with.

Charles Q Tinkersmith is normally found on the lower level of the great forges in Maldura.
