I've convinced Bhoughbh Bhildur, a gnemlin tinkerer in Maldura's Aquifer Pumping Station, that he may have been on to something with this last machtraption. He doesn't have the time to construct new mini-thaumaturgical cylinders, so he's looking to retro-fit some existing ones.
