• Suspends the passive effect for 60 seconds
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
• The casting time of Soul Shiver is 0.85 seconds and the reuse time of the spell is 1 minute
• The value of this effect is increased by the number of characters in the group or raid wearing an Amplifying Plume effect to a maximum of double the base value.
• On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 25% chance to cast Arcane Rending on target of spell. Lasts for 8.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.
• Increases arcane damage done to target by 3%.
• Inflicts 1,853 magic damage on target instantly and every second.
• Inflicts an additional 64 magic damage on target every tick.
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
• This effect can only trigger once every 4.0 - 8.0 seconds.
