December 3, 2024 -- Census is back after a 3 day outage and characters are once again exporting. Please note if your EQ2 character used the new Petamorph Key Ring feature, it will FAIL to export to Census or EQ2U. Avoid using this feature until a fix is available!!
As a drastic measure, if you are willing to irrevocably destroy any petamorph wands you have stored in the Petamorph Key Ring, you can type /delete_keyring_item 0 1234567890 where 1234567890 is the ItemID of the stored petamorph.
Developers are aware of this issue, but you can always post your respectful feedback in the
Quiver that can be placed in your ammo slot. It can hold any ammunition types required by a ranged weapon. This is the only item type that can be held in this container.
• The value of this effect is increased by the number of characters in the group or raid wearing an Amplifying Plume effect to a maximum of double the base value.
• On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 25% chance to cast Arcane Rending on target of spell. Lasts for 8.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.
• Increases arcane damage done to target by 3%.
• Inflicts 2,214 magic damage on target instantly and every second.
• Inflicts an additional 76 magic damage on target every tick.
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
• This effect can only trigger once every 4.0 - 8.0 seconds.
