•  Inflicts 115,920 heat damage on targets in Area of Effect.

•  Cannot be modified except by direct means

•  Cannot trigger when the caster has their AE Auto-Attack Chance disabled

•  Increases Crit Bonus of caster by 2.0.

•  This effect will not stack with any rank or tier of itself.
