When we found this beastie in the Menagerie, it was wearing this adorable tophat, and it won't take it off. In fact, we've had to treat major burns on a Steward who thought they could just remove it when the beastie was acting up. I don't know where the hat came from or why it likes wearing it, but truth be told... it is ADORABLE.

• Inflicts 668 - 1,114 slashing damage on target instantly and every second.

• Decreases Combat Mitigation of target by 1.2.

• Cannot be modified except by direct means

• This effect can only trigger once every 8.0 - 12.0 seconds.
