Netherborn Prowler Kitten
Even though he is in a cage like the other beasties in the Conservatory, he sits proudly with his head up high. He clearly considers himself the king here, and I don't think anyone would challenge that notion. Or could. Event and promo familiars may not be consumed for familiar experience.

•  Increases WIS of caster by 133.8.
•  Increases STR of caster by 133.8.
•  Increases INT of caster by 133.8.
•  Increases AGI of caster by 133.8.
•  Increases Potency of caster by 205.2.
•  Increases Crit Bonus Overcap of caster by 150.0.
•  Summons a pet Netherborn Prowler Kitten
•  On a hostile ability cast this spell will cast Nether Siphon on target of spell. Lasts for 6.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.
•  Inflicts 955 - 1,591 slashing damage on target.
•  Decreases Fervor of target by 1.0.
•  Increases Fervor of caster by 1.0.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  This effect can only trigger once every 22.0 - 33.0 seconds.
