EQ2U - Item Details - Entangle V (Expert)

Entangle V (Expert)

The brigand traps target encounter, slowing their movement speed. Every attack or hostile acount on them have a chance at breaking this effect. When the initial effect expires, the target's movement speed is hindered again for a short duration.
