EQ2U - Item Details - Fabled Runed Cobalt Equipment Infuser

Has a 100.0% chance to increase Ability Mod by 20,400.0 to 25,500.0. The Bonus modifier may only be increased with this infuser up to 25,500.0.

Has a 100.0% chance to increase sta by 1,430.4 to 1,788.0. The Bonus modifier may only be increased with this infuser up to 1,788.0.
