EQ2U - Item Details - Avoid Blame IV (Journeyman)

Allows the swashbuckler to concentrate on not drawing attention from enemies, granting a chance to lower an enemy's hate towards the swashbuckler with each hit.

• Decreases Threat to target by 866

• Decreases Combat Mitigation of target by 0.6.

• On a hostile ability cast this spell will cast Evade Blame on target of spell. Lasts for 1.8 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.

• Decreases Threat to target by 866

• Decreases Combat Mitigation of target by 0.6.

• This effect can only trigger once every 1.0 - 6.0 seconds.
