Roots the necromancer's target in place, preventing them from movement. Any damage received by the target has a chance at breaking the effect. When the root effect expires, the target will run away in fear with a movement penalty for a short duration.

•  Epic targets gain an immunity to Root effects of 45.0 seconds and duration is reduced to 5.0 seconds.
