•  Applies Warning on termination. Lasts for 0.5 seconds.
•  Grants Sonic Vision to caster
•  Charms target
•  Increases Power Regen of target by 12.5.
•  Increases Health Regen of target by 25.0.
•  Certain enemies cannot be charmed
•  Only affects targets level 51 and below
•  Does not affect Epic targets
